FBC Mt. Vernon Student Ministry Purpose Statement:
To equip and partner with parents in establishing within the lives of our students a biblical understanding of the Gospel which they are able to confidently defend and disciples of the faith that are regularly practiced.  So that, upon graduation they will be Christ-like leaders who are active in ministry and who will glorify God with their lives.

Sunday School (6th – 12th grades)
Sunday mornings at 9:40am students have the opportunity to spend time with their friends learning about the Bible.  Discussions will cover important topics for teenagers and help them to understand the relevance of the Gospel in their everyday lives.

Cross Walk (6th -12th grades)
Wednesday nights at 6:30pm, students experience large-group worship service.  Activities include free dinner, games, music and Bible Study.

 

Other Events: Both youth and children’s groups participate in other various activities throughout the year including summer camp, retreats and mission experiences.  Contact the church office for the most up-to-date information and details about upcoming events.
